“Three weeks before my daughter turned five, she was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma.  This form of cancer is almost NEVER found in anyone over the age of five.  Without treatment, it is 100% fatal.  With treatment, her vision is returning as the tumor shrinks.  Traveling across the country has meant choosing treatment over” keeping my job.  Savings gone, and the initial shock of the diagnosis means that donor funds have largely dried up as well.  All help is greatly appreciated as we fight to keep our little girl whole.”~Amanda McNabb

“The Red Dog Foundation helped us in so many ways.. By helping us with their MORE than Generous monetary assistance, we were able to pay for our stay at the Ronald McDonald House in EXPENSIVE Manhattan.  We are truly so blessed that this wonderful foundation was there to help us.  We came from Oregon all the way to New York, to try a new “TRIAL” drug to try and help shrink our 9-year-old daughter’s brain tumor.  We stayed at the RMDH and we still owed quite a bit when we were ready to leave.  The Foundation was there for us. Mike Califano, was immediately in touch with us.  The foundation had helped a friend of ours  and they recommended the Red Dog foundation to us. They even gave us T-shirts (My daughter loved the dog on the back) and a bracelet, which we will wear proudly.  Although it pains us greatly to hear of any child taken too early because of this horrendous disease (CANCER) we are so grateful for the legacy that RALPH CALIFANO JR left behind. So, to the Califano family we say we are so very sorry for your loss. Thank You for reaching out to our family even though you are grieving for your own family member. You can help the Red Dog Foundation help other families in crisis by donating.  Thank You again from the bottom of our Hearts! God Bless you and your angel in heaven Ralph JR.”

“Going through this very difficult and overwhelming experience with my son it’s hard to get my thoughts together and express to you how truly grateful I am for your help. As a single parent raising my son on my salary alone with no other help I don’t have extra money for the unexpected. My son’s health and to get better is my priority and I will do what I need to do, to get him the best help possible, which includes traveling that is costly. This financial stress has added to everything else I am dealing with do to the fact that I needed to ignore other bills I’m obligated to pay monthly. Thanks to your foundation that has lifted some of the burden off of me, like I said earlier, I can’t express enough how thankful to you I am.”

Sincerely the Iaciofoli Family

“Thank you for your generous assistance. We commute several times a week from Westchester to Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for our 6 year old’s neuoblastoma treatment. The parking, gas an tolls add up to more than 100 a week.  Your foundation helps to ease one of the many burdens we face in battling
childhood cancer.”

“We have been traveling back and forth to New York for over 6 years now with our son to receive cancer treatments. These trips can be extremely stressful, emotional and physical. The financial burden can be immense. It is comforting to know that an organization like the “Red Dog Foundation” is willing to help families out with parking. That is one less burden to worry about!”

Sincerely,  the Wittman Family

“Dear Red Dog Foundation, What a blessing you have been!We travelled from Pittsburgh to New York City for a clinical trial in hopes to help our son, Rex.  He was diagnosed with Late Infantile Batten Disease in March of this year. We have tirelessly searched for ways to help him and unfortunately incurred a great deal of travel expenses.  When your child is sick, money shouldn’t be an object. We were lucky enough to meet a wonderful family at the Ronald McDonald House who told us about your organization. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to get help.  You have truly helped to make our holiday a little brighter! We are extremely grateful for your generosity. You have made this difficult time a little bit more bearable.”

“Thank you Michael for taking the initiative to develop the Red Dog Fund.  We’ve reached our deductible on our insurance months ago and now the most expensive part of Tanner’s care is the hotel/transportation/parking costs.  The financial burden of shuttling to and from NYC from Florida is adding up.  Thank you for your generosity to help offset these expenses.”

Sincerely the Spiva Family

“Thank you Red Dog Foundation for your generosity.  Our 3 years old daughter was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.  I had to leave my job to stay at home to care for her. It has been an extremely emotional and stressful time.  Since she cannot take public transportation our parking fees have quickly added up.  Thank you for assisting us and taking some of the financial burden off of us.”

“Our medical journey with Brooke’s battle against stage IV Neuroblastoma cancer has literally led us from one airport parking lot, airplane, toll road, rental car, gas bill, and hotel to another; nothing short of 1,500 miles from home each month.  The help Red Dog Foundation has provided to our family gives us full hope that we can sustain the search for a cure for our little girl no matter how far from home we must travel.”

With sincere gratitude,
The Hester Family…

“Our son, Tommy, is being treated at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He is often very weak and cannot walk long distances. Red Dog Foundation provides us with the opportunity to park as close as possible to the hospital. The parking expenses are inevitable. We are very grateful for the assistance. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

“I want to thank the Red Dog Foundation for the big help in parking.  I’m the mother of Aaiden Moquete, a baby that was diagnosed with Severe Combined Immunodeficiency on 7/17/12.  The baby was admitted into Memorial Sloan Kettering for a bone marrow transplant.  Thank you so much for the help!  It’s not easy, especially when a family has more kids to care for.”

“I want to take this moment  and say thank you to the Red Dog Foundation for helping with the funds donated for my son and myself to stay at the Ronald McDonald House in NYC.  So much as occurred during the time of your donation.  There was a chicken pox scare in the house and we had to abruptly leave.  We returned on January 1, 2013.  However, I also just returned to work, after being out for one year.  I have been caring for my son, Mickey when he underwent a bone marrow transplant in December of 2011.  He suffered from Sickle Cell Disease and had over 100 hospitalizations.  Mickey was also born prematurely weighing 1lb 12 oz at 25 weeks gestation.  Mickey’s bone marrow transplant was a success, however it has been a long and difficult toil.  He has had a long battle with graft host disease and spent seven months in the hospital.  Being a guest at the Ronald McDonald house has been an awesome experience.  Mickey has continued to have treatments to help with the graft disease at NY Presbyterian hospital and due to financial reasons, I had to give up our apartment in the Bronx. I am just happy to be here. I am also pleased to know that an organization such as the Red Dog Foundation exists and helps with assisting families such as us! We truly thank you!”

Sincerely the Ray Family

“I first want to start off by saying thank you to the Red Dog Foundation for the generous gift of money I have received.  The money was able to help with all of my family’s bills that were due because my mother and brothers had to accompany me in New York for my cancer treatments.  You helped my family so much and I can’t say thank you enough.  Now I just want to tell you about myself.  My name is Luella Gallegos and I am 22 years old.  I am from De Pere, Wisconsin and have a great loving family.  I have a great mother who works two jobs just to help keep a roof over our heads.  I also have three awesome older brothers.  However, at the age of 17 I happened to be diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma on April 9, 2008.  I literally have been through so many treatments as Neuroblastoma is a very hard cancer to get stable.  Though I was able to do the bulk of treatment in my home town, I now have to travel to NY because they are the #1 hospital who studies my type of cancer.  Thank you again Red Dog Foundation for being so generous and being able to help families like mine.  It is so nice having foundations like you because the cancer world is not cheap and just plain out sucks!  Yet it would be nice if there were more foundations as great as yours to help others out as well.  Thank you again!”

“My husband and I have been bringing our grandson, Liam to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital where he is being treated for neuroblastoma.  The parking is so costly in New York City.  Both my husband and I are retired and are on a fixed income.  We have been assisted by the Red Dog Foundation, Inc. for the financial burden of parking.  The Red Dog Foundation has helped us with one less item to worry about in our difficult time.  We would like to thank the Red Dog Foundation from the bottom of our hearts.”

“Thank you so much for helping us with parking in the city.  It’s so nice to know about organizations like this.  With all the costs that we have inherited, every lit bit of assistance helps.  Sometimes it’s the small  things that make a huge difference. God Bless.”

“The Red Dog Foundation are an organization that “thought out of the box” and found a way to alleviate that expense of parking in NYC. The days spent at the hospital are so long and knowing that the Red Dog Foundation will pay for the parking is incredible.”

Sincerely the Young Family

“Thank you so much for the support you have provided our family! Our son is in treatment for Neuroblastoma and we are having to travel to NYC for a few weeks at a time.  As we live in Indiana, the cost of parking, gas, food, etc. in the city is so high.  The Red Dog Foundation alleviates one of our burdens when caring for our son.  Thank you!”

“When our son was first diagnosed with cancer, a million thoughts ran through our head.  We quickly realized there was going to be a significant financial burden with managing his treatment.  Without hesitation, the Red Dog Foundation stepped up quickly to financially support our constant travel to and from the hospital.  It’s been a huge relief to know we have one less financial worry because of the Red Dog Foundation’s generosity.”

“Our son Christopher was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on his 16th birthday.  Christopher was hospitalized for 8 days at NYU Medical Center in New York City.  Thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses at NYU, Christopher is on his way to recovery.  Thanks to the Red Dog Foundation, our parking fee from the hospital’s parking lot, during  that week was fully reimbursed making this difficult time a little easier.”

“We are very appreciative for the  generous contribution of financial assistance that we received from the Califano Family during our hardship.  My daughter Casey Bardowell, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of 2. She stared treatment at Montefiore hospital in August 2007, and was then transferred to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital for a Bone Marrow Transplant on April 10, 2008.  A few days post transplant, Casey developed a side effect called Graft Versus Host Disease. Unfortunately, Casey has had numerous lengthy admissions with the longest being 1 year and 7 months.  Presently, she is transferred back and fourth between Children’s  Specialized Hospital  in NJ for Rehab, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital  from since November 20, 2002. Financially, it is very difficult because Children’s Specialized Hospital does not provide food for the parents, plus the transportation from New York to New Jersey along with tolls can add up very quickly.  Thank you Michael Califano for caring and taking the time to help us.  May God bless the Califano family.”

“The Red Dog Foundation has a special place in our hearts.  We met Ralph and his family while my son, Cody was going through a stem cell transplant for Leukemia.  Ralph was someone my son looked up to.  We were devastated to hear he lost his fight.  Unfortunately in June, my son was diagnosed over with a second cancer, Ewing Sarcoma.  He began chemotherapy treatment again and the nightmares begin.  I never thought I would need to call on Red Dog for assistance.  The parking for weekly treatments is a huge expense.  Thank you to Red Dog for helping ease that burden.  We appreciate your support!”

“In October of 2012, our family found ourselves living in a real life nightmare. After a few trips to a couple different doctors, we found ourselves traveling from West Virginia to New York City in the midst of a super storm named Sandy to see one of the best doctors in the world. Our 2 year old daughter Layla was diagnosed with Unilateral Retinoblastoma on October 31st  2012, and on that very day had her right eye along with the tumor removed. It’s a Halloween that will haunt me for the rest of my life. We were almost immediately introduced to the Red Dog Organization after word of us driving back and forth spread through some of the families. I was able to get in contact with Mike Califano and he immediately reached out to help us with our parking costs while we were in the city. For some, this may not sound like much, but for us this was a true blessing. Having a sick child is a tragedy no parent should have to face and a financial burden on everyone involved, but in the darkest days you can still find light, and goodness and most of all hope in the people and organizations around you. We found that in Red Dog, and we cannot thank you enough.”

“We received our daughter Leah’s diagnosis on April 8th 2013.  We were devastated and didn’t know where to turn first.  Both my husband and I had full time jobs.  After trying desperately to pull all the medical pieces together to try and understand our next steps, we had to decide how we were going to keep both our jobs and take care of Leah.  We decided that I would have to quit work.  That caused tremendous financial hardship on us.  We felt we had no choice because our daughter was our first priority.  Every time we went to the hospital for in our out patient it costs up to $38 per day to park our car.  Again, what choice did we have?  The bills started to build up very quickly and one month our parking costs were just about $1000.  At the time who thinks about money when your child is so sick?  We were told about the Red Dog Foundation from the social worker at the hospital. We felt our financial dream had been answered!  The financial pressure was mounting and the Red Dog Foundation was able to really alleviate a lot of that burden.”

“Currently, my daughter is fighting a rare type of Leukemia.  We are currently out of work and also caring for my 2 year old daughter to try and make a somewhat normal life for her.  My husband and I switch shifts at the hospital and when we park the cost is astronomical. Without the help of the Red Dog Foundation I don’t think we would be able to sustain the life we must try to have for our daughters.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“We are extremely grateful to the Red Dog Foundation for helping us with parking.  Since April, our son has been receiving treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering.  Although we often drive to and from CT to NYC, sometimes Mark has to stay for longer treatments and hospitalization.  The Red Dog Foundation’s support and generosity are very much appreciated and has relieved some of the financial stress.”

Very Sincerely,

“Having to endure the financial costs of our child getting cancer treatments is overwhelming!  In addition, to the medical bills the daily costs of gas and parking can be overwhelming.  Thanks to the Red Dog Foundation for easy this process with their financial assistance.  Bless you for helping families like us who need financial assistance at a time like this.  We are forever grateful!”

“We are so very thankful to the Red Dog Foundation for helping us while we fight our son’s battle with ALL.  Aiden is our 5 year old who was recently diagnosed and each day is a battle for him and for us.  With only one income we struggle to pay for parking expenses each time we go to clinic but thanks to the Red Dog Foundation we have one less thing to worry about.  We cannot say thank you enough for the Foundation’s help and will spread the word that the Red Dog Foundation is OUR TOP DOG!  Many blessings and keep up the great work!”

“I would like to thank the Red Dog Foundation from the bottom of my heart for the help with parking fees.  Our daughter, Julia was diagnosed with medulloblastoma brain tumor on February 2013 and is currently receiving chemotherapy treatment at NYU Langome Medical Center.  As a result of her disease and treatment Julia has cranial nerve deficits, weakness and ataxia, and requires several months of intensive rehabilitation.  We travel to the city three times a week since I can’t take public transportation because Julia cannot walk long distances, and the cost of parking garages in the city is extremely high.  So once again, thank you so much for supporting my family through this unexpected journey.”

Sincerely,

Anna Bis and Family

“Our daughter, Brynlee, was diagnosed and began treatment for Precursor B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with Philadelphia-Like Chromosomes on August 26, 2013.  The preliminary diagnosis was brought to our family’s attention, like it had been for many unfortunate families before us, with a telephone call directing us to respond to an emergency room.  Our telephone rang at 10:30 that night.  Brynlee was two and a half years old and her brother, Ryan, was 14 months old.  In the moments prior to this telephone call, our entire family was sound asleep, with everything appearing perfect.  After this telephone call, everything that seemed perfect in our lives, and everything that we ever concerned ourselves with, was quickly called into question. From a young family, sound asleep, with every dream now appearing superficial, we now fill our every thought, our every prayer and our every dream with the thoughts of the survival of our beloved Brynlee.  During this tragic time, the strengths of our family have outweighed our weaknesses.  With the strengths we have, and the strengths we have seen in Brynlee, we know she will beat this.  We additionally know, that Brynlee will stand strong, not alone, not only with her family and friends, but with the support from foundations as noble as The Red Dog Foundation.  God bless Ralph J. Califano.  And to the The Red Dog Foundation and the community supporters of The Red Dog Foundation, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“We are so grateful for the Red Dog Foundation!  It is so nerve racking to worry about parking in New York City!  Thanks to the Red Dog Foundation that worry can be released!  We have to travel to NYC at least once a month for my daughter’s treatment there.  There is no parking at the Ronald McDonald House that we stay at and now the anxiety of finding a place to park is alleviated by the Red Dog Foundation.  What a blessing to have the assurance that we don’t have to worry financially about parking!  Thanks Red Dog!”

Blessings,

“This year has brought to us not only a cancer diagnosis but three separate progressions.  The support of the Red Dog Foundation has allowed our family to be together at these most difficult times.  As our son, Mac gets older he asks for his mommy and brother Ailyn and thanks to Red Dog, we can be with him.”

“My name is Sarah Gross, we have a little boy that is being treated in Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of NY.  He is now 21 months old and was diagnosed at 5 months with Leukemia.  We don’t need to explain to you our challenges and struggles.  Especially when baby has unfortunately relapsed and we are now not having it easy.  We are torn between the baby being in hospitals for weeks and weeks and the other children home.  We need to share your reimbursement for parking charges is a LIFESAVER!  Thanks loads!  God will repay you for all you do!”

Sarah Gross

“I am writing this testimonial to express my complete satisfaction to the Red Dog Foundation for providing us with a reimbursement four our parking expenses.  I am especially pleased with the professionalism and timeliness given by the volunteers.  If I were to rate the service on a scale of 1 to 10, it would absolutely be a 10!”

Thank you,

Steven and Lavina Aranha

“Thank you very much, Red Dog Foundation for your help with paying for our parking.  There are many bills that add up quickly when your child is diagnosed with cancer, especially for the second time.  We had many long stays at the hospital and parking became one of our biggest bills.  Our two year old daughter, Hailey, got diagnosed with relapsed AML on September 21, 2013.  We had already been through 4 one month inpatient stays with her original diagnosis just a few months prior.  She continues to do well and is 126 days post bone marrow transplant.  We are so grateful to her amazing team and all the people who have helped us out along the way.  Thank you very much.  It makes it a little easier to get through knowing there are so many caring and giving people out there!”

Sincerely,

Kristen Niclaus

“To the Red Dog Foundation,

“What a blessing your Foundation is to my family!   Last spring our two year old son was told that Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore could no longer treat my son’s cancer.  Retinoblastoma is a rare cancer and we found is necessary to pursue cancer treatments at Sloan Kettering in New York.  We were very intimidated about what the travel for his care would mean for our large and busy family in West Virginia.  The Red Dog Foundation helped us to see that traveling to New York could be possible.  We traveled every week through the summer and will continue traveling regularly through the fall.  Our parking costs have already added up to quite a significant sum, and Red Dog Foundation motivates us to keep on going and fighting for our little boy Gabriel.  Knowing that there is the Red Dog Foundation who understands our plight of paying for parking in Manhattan, and actually helps us by reimbursing for our parking expenses, is so encouraging to us.  Thank you so much!  Someday we hope to be able to give back, just as you have done.”

Blessings!

“I can’t thank Michael and his family enough for their wonderful Red Dog Foundation!  It is truly reassuring and a relief not to worry about parking fees.  Most people don’t realize how expensive it can be when your child is in the hospital, but the Red Dog Foundation truly understands.  The Red Dog Foundation is a wonderful way to honor Ralph’s memory by helping the families of children fighting cancer.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the work you do and for helping Julia and my family.”

“Our son Oliver was diagnosed with pediatric osteasarcoma in late March of 2014.  There are many areas of stress that arise when supporting a child through cancer recovery.  It was a tremendous blessing to receive reimbursement for parking while we stay at the hospital.  The generosity and kindness of others is extremely meaningful and appreciated during this challenge.”

“Thank you so much for your help with the parking receipts. Since my daughter Paula has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer our lives have been a difficult journey. With Paula deterioration of health, we began using taxis to go back and for from Manhattan hospitals very frequently, but after few months we realized this rhythm of expenses was very difficult to maintain.  Few months ago we decided  to have a car, but we are also challenged in terms of budget and among our biggest concerns are the high prices of parking in Manhattan. The help from The Red Dog Foundation is a relief that came at the right moment at the right time to our family, and help us to release some economical stress that has been targeting our family as a domino effect for almost two years in every single area.

We are so glad your Foundation exists and it can helps parents or guardians of kids with cancer to have some relief in their difficult moments.”

In the name of Paula, and Paula’s family thank you very much!

Our best regards, Cynthia and Lisandro Perez

“In june 2015, our 4 year old daughter Amanda was diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma.  DIPG currently has a 0% survival rathe and the only treatment options are tradition therapy and clinical trials.  After researching various trails, we decided to enroll her in on at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC.  So we began our 6 weeks of radiation therapy as well, which meant commenting each weekday from Long Island.  This was both stressful and costly.  The financial support from Red Dog has helped to cover the parking costs associated with Amanda’s treatment and we are beyond grateful.  Red Dog is one of hundreds of amazing organizations that provide assistance cancer families need so very much. Thank you Red Dog!”

“A parent’s worse nightmare! Taking your child to the doctor for a persistent cough and being told that your child has lymphoma.  Then to change your life, your plans, your job, your everyday routine.  Travel expenses for parking, tolls, gas, lost wages and unexpected medical food and other costs.  They all add up!  But thanks to Red Dog, we have one lesson thing to worry about.  We appreciate your help so much in their difficult time.  Dear Red Dog Foundation, thank you so much for the support you have given us.  Our 5 year old son was diagnosed with a rare kindly tumor.  We live in New Jersey and travel weekly to NYC for his cancer treatments at Columbia University Medical Center and the parking cost adds up very quickly.  It was such a blessing to receive help from a wonderful organization, to bring us some relief on the parking expense.  We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

When your child has a rare cancer and you commit to traveling many hours from home for the best treatment, the last thing on your mind is “How am I going to pay for parking?”  But the reality of the situation is that parking for medical care adds almost $150 a month to my expenses.  Red Dog Foundation has removed a significant portion of that burden.  The toll a cancer diagnosis takes on a family is hard to measure, but the less we have to worry about how to pay the bills, the better.  Red Dog is helping cover costs that are not covered by other grants or funding sources.

Sincerely,

The Trabulsy Family

Thank you so much to the Red Dog Foundation for the financial assistance during this difficult time.  One never knows what tomorrow will bring.  It has been so overwhelming and knowing that your foundation is there to help us and many others is a blessing.  We are extremely grateful for your generosity.  God Bless.

The Red Dog Foundation has truly been a saving grace to us.  Every time my daughter has an appointment in New York for scans, it’s always so stressful trying to figure out where we will get the money for gas, lodging, parking and food. With Red Dog’s parking reimbursements that’s one thing less we have to worry about so that we can focus more on caring for our daughter.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I would like to thank the Red Dog Foundation for helping with the money from my parking. The timing could not have been any better. It’s nice to know that there are people in foundations that are willing to help families in unexpected financial burdens. We greatly appreciate it, from the bottom of our hearts.

Sincerely,

Myriam Rivera

Jason was diagnosed with Thymic Carcinoma on January 2016. As parents, it is extremely difficult to watch your child go through such intense treatments. The financial stress to park in NYC at a lot close to Memorial Sloan Kettering is very expensive. Thank you Red Dog Foundation for your help. Your support has greatly reduced the parking stress.

Sincerely,

The Dookhie Family

I would like to thank the Red Dog Foundation for paying for us to park at the hospital. Parking is very expensive in NYC and without your support we would have to take two trains and a bus for an hour and a half to get to the hospital. Because my son is immune compromised it was suggested that we don’t take public transportation. Your foundation has made parking one less thing I have to worry about. In NYC you could drive around for hours trying to get a free parking spot.

Sincerely,

Joy LaFond and Family

We are thankful that the Red Dog Foundation helped our family bu remisnusring us for our parking receipts. We have traveled to NYC from West Virginia 13 times in the past year for our son’s treatment and every bit of help is so appreciated.

Sincerely,

Misty Rohaly

In May 2012, our lives were forever changed when my daughter was diagnosed with cancer. As a mother, my entire focus was shifted into caring for this one child, because her needs were so great. The littler siblings in the house began to only know me intermittently and were frequently left in the care of family members and baby sitters.

I never once gave too much of a thought to the many additional costs and demands on our finances until I needed to take a leave of absence from my job in order to better care for my daughter. The absence of my salary really forced me to try my best to trim down all costs possible. There was home care, meals, babysitters, gas, parking…It wasn’t long before I began to see the magnitude these extra demands placed on our already buckling stress level.

A friend, whose sone was also ill, told me about the Red Dog Foundation. I stared to diligently save my parking receipts in hopes to be considered as a recipient to their generosity.

After some time, I submitted almost $500 in parking receipts and noticed a little feeling of relief in just sending it in. I feel good knowing I did something to help my household.

I thank the Red Dog Foundation from the bottom of my heart. You recognize with compassion the unseen pulls on a family who must care for a very sick child. You see that the mental and emotional worries are great enough for family members to bear, let alone having to worry about being able to pay the mortgage.

Thank you again for the work that you do. You helped save us in many ways…financially and emotionally.

Thank you again,

Mary Roach

Dear Red Dog Foundation,

We are writing to thank you for your extremely genius gift of parking reimbursement to our family.  Words cannot express our gratitude for your donation.  Since the cancer diagnosis of our 16 year old son, Patrick, life has changed dramatically for all of us.  There are no words that can express our gratitude towards your organization.  We were told by many people that bills were going to accumulate quickly.  We were also told that we should graciously accept help when provided.  Your gift certainly helped make an unbearable situation a bit more bearable.  Thank you for your support during this difficult time.  During a time like this, we realize how much a community means to us. Your kindness will alway be remembered.

Fondly,

The Kinane Family
